This dish is a family tradition. It's on our breakfast table every holiday morning. The best part is, you prep it the night before and pop it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, all you have to do is turn the oven on, bake, and breakfast is served. You can also change up the ingredients with different types of breakfast meat (bacon or ham), add veggies, fun cheeses, etc. The possibilities are endless, and the outcome is always delicious.
