If you haven't roasted your broccoli, you're doing it wrong.
Time: 20 minutes
Cooking level: Beginner
2 large heads of Broccoli, cut into florets
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
1/2 Lemon, cut into wedges
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
1 TBS EVOO
1. Preheat oven to 425° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, Parmesan, EVOO, and seasonings. Massage everything together, making sure broccoli is evenly coated.
3. Roast broccoli for 10 minutes, toss, and return to oven until golden brown and tender.
4. Toss roasted broccoli with lemon zest and serve with wedges on the side.
