Long name but one of my quickest and easiest recipes. This marinade doubles as an equally delicious dressing. Also a great marinade for beef and chicken. It's basically the best marinade/dressing/sauce ever. And it's marinated overnight or during the day while you're at work. So all that's left to do is pop it in the oven and dinner is served!

Servings: 4
Time: 8 hours 25 minutes (including marinade time)
Cooking level: Beginner
Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin (around 1.5 lbs)
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
1 TBS Honey
1 TBS Dijon Mustard
2-3 garlic cloves, smashed
1 tsp dried Rosemary (or 2 tsp fresh), chopped
1/4 tsp salt
Black pepper
Recipe:
1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a mason jar and shake until well combined. Pour marinade over pork in a resealable bag and refrigerate for 8-12 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 450°. Place pork on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pour marinade over the top, and drizzle with olive oil. Roast until pork reaches 145°, about 25 minutes.
3. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
